Position Overview:
Reporting to the CEO, the Senior Manager, Business Development and Client Success will be a vital part of our business development strategy, fostering meaningful relationships with both clients and healthcare partners. As the Senior Manager, Business Development and Client Success, you will take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from initial consultation to the seamless StartStrong™ handoff, ensuring that every client feels valued and heard.
You will also stay on top of market trends, maintain relationships with existing clients, and use your strategic insights to drive sales and grow our client base.
Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations. Experience in service industries is an asset.
- Previous experience in senior care, homecare, or retirement living is preferred. Knowledge of Dementia Care is an advantage.
- A minimum of two years of sales experience with a demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required, as you’ll be traveling throughout the GTA.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities, along with effective presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships within the community and healthcare sectors.
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to manage client and sales data.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends to meet the needs of clients.
