We are fairly new to using Heather Maxwell and the Maxwell Management Group however we are thrilled to congratulate them on their 15 year anniversary, a remarkable accomplishment! Our organization used their services in 2021 for the first time as recommended by a member of our Senior Leadership team that was both a client and a referral of Maxwell. What a pleasant surprise to find such a knowledgeable and professional recruitment agency that were able to provide us with an incredible short list in a timely manner. Heather’s team is very thorough in completing the needs analysis at the start of the recruitment campaign and delivers exactly what was asked for. We contracted with Maxwell again recently after we had tried to recruit for a specialized RPN position for over a year and like magic, they referred a candidate that has met and exceeded our expectations in her very first month with us.

Congratulations on 15 years! Since the beginning, Heather Maxwell and her team have been a steady presence at our annual Convention and have helped AdvantAge Ontario’s not-for-profit long-term care and senior care provider members fill key executive and administrative positions.
