This program focuses on providing skills, competencies, and confidence needed in the evolving Long-Term Care (LTC) landscape. It includes strategic leadership and emotional intelligence training. Parts of this program are integrated with Retirement Living participants for a comprehensive approach.

e-Certification: Participants receive a DOC Leadership e-Certification upon completion.
