Our clinical microcredential programs are designed to strengthen foundational knowledge, enhance clinical judgment, and support professional growth for Required Programs in LTC and Retirement. These short, focused courses target key areas such as patient safety, evidence-based practice, communication, and culturally responsive care. Tailored for committed leads and clinical leaders, our programs help bridge knowledge gaps, reinforce regulatory competencies, and build confidence for safe, person-centered care delivery.

This session will cover key topics such as patient safety, regulatory compliance, and effective program management strategies. Managing the complexities of high-risk programs with confidence. This series focuses on risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficacy. Implement methodically by assessing, planning, implementation of Interventions, evaluation and sustain clinical programs using the implementation Science and the Knowledge to action framework.
Requirement: 2 Co-Leads for each Program Registered are expected to attend.
e-Certification of Participation: Participants who complete all parts of the series will receive a Certification of Participation, recognizing their commitment to excellence.
