Marianhill is an established Long-Term Care home currently serving 163 residents, with a future redevelopment planned to support the organization’s continued growth. Qualifications:

  • Professional Registration: Current Registered Nurse (RN) diploma or degree with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
  • LTC Leadership: Management or supervisory experience in a unionized Long-Term Care setting is preferred.
  • Clinical Knowledge: Knowledge of infection control and nursing care practices within a Long-Term Care environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership in program planning, with sound knowledge of management principles and procedures.
  • Communication: Superior oral and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • Technology: Proficiency with electronic clinical records, email, Internet research, online calendars, and other software applications.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $105,000–$115,000 annually.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits from day one, including an RRSP matching program.
