Heather Maxwell, a Master Human Capital Strategist and the CEO of Maxwell Management Group Ltd., has extensive industry experience having enjoyed an 18+ year career holding senior positions in human resources as well as operations for international organizations and professional firms. Having the highest regard for human capital as a differentiating factor in an organization, Heather has successfully recruited and led management teams that have hired numerous high-calibre individuals to fill a variety of key positions across several sectors. Heather has been recognized for leading a team that recruited 5000 people in one year for 52 new sites – a first for the Canadian market! Gary Grant

Human Resources Senior Consultant

As a graduate of the University of Western Ontario with a degree in Psychology, Gary has worked with large populations of both unionized and non-unionized employees for over 12 years.  Through these years, he has been promoted through ever-progressive roles, including the position of Director of Human Resources.  Gary brings with him exceptional experience in all aspects of human resources, providing a keen focus on labour relations as well as recruitment and retention.  Gary pursued his continued education with the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario and obtained his Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation in 2006.

Andrea Crites

Business Manager

As Maxwell Management Group’s Business Manager, Andrea, working closely with the Executive Team, leads the national marketing strategy, new services development, advertising, digital marketing, social media, and customer insights that make the Maxwell brand both unique and successful. Andrea has previously worked in both for-profit and non-profit sectors and has eight years of combined experience in employment services, including career counselling, employment services and career assessment. Andrea truly understands the importance of the customer experience and is dedicated to elevating an already-stellar brand to an even higher level of excellence by attracting top-tier talent, strengthening the brand standard functions, and inspiring innovative outreach to new audiences. Andrea is a graduate of Laurentian University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Studies – Anthropology. She has also completed dual certificates in Human Resources Management (Fanshawe College) and Career Development Foundations (Conestoga College).

Marita Delobelle

Territory Manager, Ontario

Marita brings to Maxwell Management Group over 25 years of sales experience working exclusively within the seniors’ housing industry. Marita is intimately familiar with this sector, having worked closely with seniors’ housing providers in food service distribution as Healthcare Sales Manager and a Group Purchasing Organization as National Sales Manager.

Marita played a key role in increasing healthcare sales revenue by $25 million dollars during her time in food service distribution. With well over two decades of experience working within the sector, Marita understands the focus and dedication that is required to attract and retain key talent, having hired, coached and mentored business development/sales teams in both of her previous roles.

Henry Tubl

Territory Manager, Western Canada

Henry is heading up Maxwell Management Group’s Western Canada Division and brings over 15 years of sales leadership, business development and direct sales experience with an in-depth knowledge of sales strategy development, go to market plans, sales & marketing collaboration, sales process, sales infrastructure and selling techniques. He has increased sales with a number of growing companies in the healthcare industry.  In his previous position, Henry was recognized as a member of the 100% award club and achieved unwavering customer loyalty through superior commitment to customer service.
A Marketing and Sales Management Graduate from the University of British Columbia, with over a decade of sales experience specific to t he healthcare industry, Henry has acquired an extensive network of healthcare professionals and a strong understanding of the needs and requirements of hiring managers. Sarah Haley

Since completing her double major degree in Communication Studies and Contemporary Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University, Sarah has gained more than six years of experience in the Public Relations and Communications fields. Because her career experiences span numerous sectors including the not-for-profit, municipal government and healthcare industries, Sarah is continuously developing new knowledge, skills and abilities.

Her creativeness, strong communication skills and high attention to detail aid her well when designing, editing and producing media-related materials including newsletters, press releases, annual reports, website content, speeches, etc. She is dedicated to presenting a consistent, recognizable image of an organization and has played a leading role in revamping several organizations’ websites. Her superb organizational skills and professionalism aid her well when planning special events, with one of her biggest events to date being the inaugural Hamilton Economic Summit.

Sarah is a results-oriented, personable, self-motivated professional who is dedicated to each and every project she embarks on. Sarah is responsible for Maxwell’s corporate communications, including producing informative and fun newsletters.

Melissa Bell

Melissa has recently relocated to Ontario from British Columbia bringing forward her expertise in professional recruitment and talent acquisition. As the newsiest member of Maxwell Management, she brings with her numerous years of full cycle recruitment experience in a variety of sectors. Her high level of commitment and professionalism coupled with a strong customer approach ensures a consistent level of bringing quality people and quality organizations together.
