We play an integral role in supporting our home care partners by providing high-volume, cost-effective solutions for the supply of chronic medication, ensuring the highest level of safety and adherence for individuals with complex medication regimes.

Position Overview:

This position is responsible for ensuring excellence in the development and execution of client facing clinical programs and services to achieve both the acquisition and retention of CareRx clients and to generate revenue.

This role will lead a team of clinical professionals to create, develop and guide customer centric programs and bring a better understanding of best practices, processes and enabling technology to support standardized service delivery and overall company commercial strategies.

This role collaborates with various internal and external stakeholders including, CareRx leadership, regulatory bodies and home operators.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a clear, client focused Clinical Services vision in collaboration with the Operations and Commercial teams
  • Lead clinical revenue generating programs and develop specific objectives, targets and metrics to determine progress and drive growth
  • Develop innovative, best in class, value-add strategic clinical programs, education and services through collaboration across the Company, with implementation at the Clinical Consultant Pharmacist level
  • Participate in existing and new customer presentations and assume ownership of the clinical sections of any written Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Develop a standard business review template (including metrics) and establish a schedule of strategic customer business reviews with the national sales team
  • Develop and maintain positive, professional collaborative relationships with all clients (external and internal) to enhance and strengthen client loyalty and engagement
  • In partnership and with direction from the executive team, develop, direct and communicate Clinical Services strategies and translate those into activities and tools to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Ensure the clinical team’s professional development to meet and exceed our customers’ requirements


Core Competencies:

  • Strategic thinking capability balanced with strong project management skills
  • Proven ability in the development of educational/clinical programs for a variety of learners with a solid understanding of adult learning methods
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to influence and motivate internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrate excellent skills in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze metrics for improvement and implement changes to address trends
  • Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple business priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, particularly through change

Education Requirements:

  • Certified Geriatric Pharmacist and /or Pharm D certification or Nurse with geriatric and education experience
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) would be an asset
