Responsibilities:
- To directly execute the patient experience and retention targets by maintaining target levels of quality service for new and returning patients
- To ensure a smooth patient experience and provide information and guidance on Chiropractic services through a direct working relationship with patients and the entire multidisciplinary team
- To conduct assessments, consultation, treatment and follow up of patients
- To collaborate with all practitioners and front line staff, ensuring the efficiency of operations, and to promote open communication
- Maintaining an on-time schedule and assessing the day in advance to find schedule conflicts before they happen
- Quick turnaround for patient forms and reports when required
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Registration with the College of Chiropractors of British Columbia in good standing with appropriate liability insurance.
- Superior time management skills including advanced multitasking and task priority assessment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Aptitude to resolve conflicts in a positive and respectful manner
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other Health Care Professionals
- 4+ years experience preferred but new grads are also welcome to apply
