The Operations Manager is responsible to ensure overall efficient operations of the dental office. Managing the organization’s Human Resources, supervising employees and creating budgets/targets in collaboration with the CEO.
Reporting to the CEO and serving as an effective member of senior management, this positions primary responsibility is to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficient growth and structured goal achievement within set time lines.
Working with the management team, this role contributes to development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.
This position will require 25-40 hours per week.
