As a graduate of the University of Western Ontario with a degree in Psychology, Gary has worked with large populations of both unionized and non-unionized employees for over 12 years. Through these years, he has been promoted through ever-progressive roles, including the position of Director of Human Resources.

Gary brings with him exceptional experience in all aspects of human resources, providing a keen focus on labour relations as well as recruitment and retention. Gary pursued his continued education with the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario and obtained his Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation in 2006.
