RESPONSIBILITIES (But not limited to):
- Implement a comprehensive, coordinated, facility-wide program for monitoring, evaluation and improving quality of care and services in relation to the community
- Coordinate risk management activities to reduce and control potential or actual risks to the safety, security and health of all individuals and to the safety and security of the facility
- Ensure sufficient resources are available to enable provision of required services
- Conduct audits to complete financial records and appropriate reporting
- Ensure the maintenance of effective liaison and public relations with representatives from the Government and all other agencies and organizations as deemed appropriate
- Promote a philosophy, which supports the implementation and maintenance of appropriate quality of life for all residents, while respecting their identified needs and preferences
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possess a certificate of qualifications to be an Administrator in the Province of Ontario
