  4. Teamwork (12%):                                                                                       Teamwork is generally understood as the willingness and cooperation in a group to work. How can you work in a group to achieve a common goal?

Another 10% of respondents elected to choose the “other” option and weighed in with the most important soft skills they look for, including “independent problem-solving skills,” “ability to learn quickly,” “trustworthiness/accountability,” and “passion.”

Compared to a similar Refresh Leadership poll, in 2016, at the top of the list, for the third year in a row:  Dependability/reliability (72%), motivation (48%), verbal communication (44%), teamwork (39%), commitment (39%).
